The guest country of Bar Convent Berlin 2017 is France a nation that looks back on a long and diverse tradition in creative beverages. This new exhibition area is dedicated to the important topic of coffee for bars and to be developed further over the coming years. Furthermore, the BCB has added another member to the family: after Brew Berlin, which has staged beer for bars since 2013, there will now also be the Coffee Convent Berlin. And since we now have more space the BCB experience will be even more exciting this year: more exhibitors, more brands and more freedom of movement for visitors who are again expected to travel to Berlin from over 70 countries. And not only that: also added as a new venue is the Kühlhaus with four floors of exhibition space.
This means that BCB 2017 will for the first time occupy all halls of Station Berlin. And the same holds true for exhibitors: we expanded not once but twice this year to meet strong international demand. Not only from Europe but also from Singapore, New York, Tokyo and Sydney barmen and beverage experts are travelling to Berlin to attend the BCB. Gastland des Bar Convent Berlin 2017 ist Frankreich eine Nation, in der kreative und hochwertige Getränke eine lange und vielfältige Tradition haben. Die neue Ausstellungsfläche widmet sich dem wichtigen Thema Kaffee für Bars und soll in den kommenden Jahren weiter entwickelt werden. Dazu hat der BCB auch noch Nachwuchs bekommen: Nach Brew Berlin, die seit 2013 Bier für Bars in Szene setzt, gibt es nun auch den Coffee Convent Berlin. Und weil wir jetzt mehr Platz haben, wird das BCB- Erlebnis dieses Jahr noch spannender: mehr Aussteller, mehr Marken und mehr Bewegungsfreiraum für die Besucher, die voraussichtlich wieder aus über 70 Ländern nach Berlin reisen werden. Und nicht nur das: Als neue Location ist auch das Kühlhaus mit vier Etagen Ausstellungsfläche dazugekommen. Damit belegt der BCB 2017 erstmals alle Hallen der Station Berlin. Bei den Ausstellern ist das nicht anders: Gleich zwei Mal haben wir dieses Jahr aufgestockt, um der großen internationalen Nachfrage gerecht zu werden. Nicht nur aus Europa, auch aus Singapur, New York, Tokio und Sydney reisen die Bartender und Getränkefachleute an, um beim BCB dabei zu sein.
